Most blog themes that I’ve seen have the option to attach an HTML sitemap… if your theme has this option, you will find the sitemap installed with the link listed at the bottom of your page in the footer links. If you’d like the link at the top of your site, that can be done too.

An XML Sitemap file lists URL's for your site along with additional metadata about each URL (when it was last updated, how often it usually changes, and how important it is, relative to other URL's in the site) so that search engines can more intelligently crawl the site.

An HTML sitemap is actually an HTML page with links to internal pages. They are used to list all hyperlinks of different sections and pages of your blog.
